Newborns are a handful.
It is so important for me that you're comfortable in your session. I want you to feel beautiful because what you've just done was life changing. I'll walk you through every step of the process. I provide my own swaddles, baskets, bonnets, outfits, etc, so you don't have to worry about anything on the day of your shoot except yourself. I will communicate with you prior to the session on wardrobe for you and family and help you choose something that will photograph perfectly.
Every birth is different
Each and every pregnancy, labor and birth is different. The only thing babies are always is unpredictable. When you reach out to me I add your due date to my calendar and when baby arrives we will communicate and plan a time that works best for you and your family to schedule your session.
What to expect...
Sessions can be done in your home or in my lifestyle studio in Simpsonville. I bring all of my own baskets, swaddles, bonnets etc. We'll start by getting everyone comfortable and take shots of the entire family interacting with baby. Then usually in the middle we take a quick break so you can breastfeed or give a bottle and get the baby ready to sleep then I do some styled shots of just baby but still with that lifestyle approach.
